Joining ePace College is simple. Follow our four-step process and start your learning journey today.

How to Apply

Four steps from application to enrolment

Complete the application

Fill in your personal details, choose your level (Primary, High School, or Professional), and select your preferred campus or online study mode. The form takes about 10 minutes.

Pay registration fee

A non-refundable registration fee is required to process your application. We accept EcoCash, ZiG bank transfer, USD card payments, and Stripe for diaspora applicants.

Document verification

Upload your supporting documents through the student portal. Our team reviews within 2 business days and contacts you if anything is missing.

Receive your offer letter

Once verified, you receive an official enrolment letter by email. Your student ID and access to the ePace College learning portal are granted immediately.

Entry Requirements

Documents required per study level

Primary School (Grade 1–7)

  • Certified copy of birth certificate
  • Immunisation card
  • Previous school report (if transferring)
  • Passport-sized photograph

No academic qualifications required for Grade 1 entry.

High School (O Level & A Level)

  • Certified copy of national ID or birth certificate
  • Grade 7 results (for Form 1 entry)
  • O Level results (for Form 5 / A Level entry)
  • Transfer letter from previous school (if applicable)
  • Passport-sized photograph

Both ZIMSEC and Cambridge streams are available.

Professional Courses

  • Certified copy of national ID
  • Relevant academic qualifications
  • Curriculum Vitae (for mature entry applicants)
  • Passport-sized photograph

Mature entry considered on a case-by-case basis.

Fees & Payment

Fees are charged per term (Primary and High School) or per semester (Professional). Exact amounts are provided after enrolment. We accept EcoCash, ZiG bank transfer, Stripe (USD/GBP/ZAR), and cash at campus.
